The Association Hajdúsági Hallgatókért és Civilekért Egyesület working since 1996, the earlier name of the organisation was Hajdúsági Hallgatói Önkormányzatok Kulturális Egyesülete and changed the last year 2005.

The organisation main aims :

• to contact the civil organisation in the local and the regional level and international level also;

• to take care the relationship with the partner organisations in the region and the international field;

• organise and sponsor professional sport and cultural events, cultural heritage events for the students who study at the grammar and secondary schools and in the University of Debrecen.

Since the year 2003 The Hungarian Ministry Office was give a cahnce to develope the organisation and to create a Civil Service Center for the Hajdú-Bihar Region. Since the develop our aims to bulit a good relationship beetwen the administrative organisations, civil society, TELE-houses, European Information Offices , Civil Service Centers that works in the local, regional and national level. We organise training and seminars for the civil organisations. We make a database and collect the informations about the newsletters, monthly and yearly newspappers , collect professional books and runs a homepage (www.tanacsadoiroda.hu) that we usually refresh with the new news and the details about the organisations and the civil society. We press a monthly issues the title 'Civilization',in which the associations can introduce itselves, informations about the future projects , program table. We give a free consulting in electric or personal form.
